I have been following you for years and I’m so proud to have such a wonderful representation of our food and culture as well as how we fit into modern American life. I’m from Taiwan and this is always my go to when I want some food input! Recently, I was diagnosed with a severe wheat allergy. This has been a difficult adjustment for me. I just wanted to say that I would be immensely grateful if you were to publish a gluten-free version of your cook book!

Hi Rose, we have over 1000 recipes on the site and 100 recipes in the book, so we definitely couldn’t put every recipe in there, though we wish we could!
